Happy weekend everyone! Boy, have I got a treat for you today! I locked down a friend of mine in Dubai to help answer some of the hundreds of questions I get on protein powders, especially for women….
We dive into;
A) Whether women ‘should’ be having protein shakes in the first place.
B) If so, then when, why and how much?
C) Finally, what brands would we recommend for everyone.
It’s certainly not just a video for females but I think that’s where a lot of the confusion lies as most females are nervous of ‘bulking’ which is the typical attribution with consuming protein shakes.
