Happy Monday! Hope everyone is getting into the Christmas spirit – just 7 days to go!
I know how tricky exercising over the festive period can be, so I wanted to create 4 workouts for you, targeting different body parts, that you can do with absolutely no equipment! Whether it be with your family, your partner, your mother or even solo, just 30 odd minutes of exercise will make you feel SO much better and start the day on a positive and healthy note.
